\nP\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, i akuzuari H.A.B. nuk i ka ruajtur t\u00eb gjitha llogarit\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurat dhe shpenzimet e\u00a0 OJQ-s\u00eb \u201cKur\u2019ani\u201d, ashtu q\u00eb nga viti 2005 deri m\u00eb 06 gusht 2015 ka pranuar donacione n\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 579.521,25 \u20ac, p\u00ebr deri sa t\u00ebrheqjet jan\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 871,491,93\u20ac, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se kjo OJQ ka realizuar t\u00ebrheqje bankare m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha se t\u00eb hyrat, n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 291.970,67 \u20ac, e cila shum\u00eb e parave nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb raportuar n\u00eb NJIF.
