Ata protestuan lidhur me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e papun\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n Sipas sistemit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, V\u00ebrboci i p\u00ebrket Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Kllokotit, nj\u00eb prej komunave t\u00eb banuara me shumic\u00eb serbe n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb dhjet\u00eb komuna me shumic\u00eb serbe dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kan\u00eb kryetar\u00eb nga Lista Serbe, partia kryesore e serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet nga Beogradi.<\/p>\n Sipas banor\u00ebve t\u00eb V\u00ebrbocit, n\u00eb institucionet kosovare dhe serbe pun\u00ebsohen njer\u00ebz q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi dhe jo n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarit nuk paraqiten n\u00eb pun\u00eb, por marrin paga t\u00eb larta dhe ka edhe prej atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb rroga t\u00eb dyfishta, nd\u00ebrkaq \u201cp\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e zakonsh\u00ebm nuk ka pun\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cAta marrin rroga t\u00eb dyfishta dhe un\u00eb nuk kam asnj\u00eb rrog\u00eb. P\u00ebr 20 vjet, askush nuk d\u00ebshiron q\u00eb t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz\u201d, tha p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb, Dejan Rakiq, nj\u00eb prej organizator\u00ebve t\u00eb protest\u00ebs n\u00eb V\u00ebrboc.<\/p>\n Rakiq dhe banor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb nga V\u00ebrboci po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb largimin e kryetarit t\u00eb Organit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm komunal t\u00eb Vitis\u00eb, S\u00ebrxhan Nikolliq. Po ashtu ata po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb bisedojn\u00eb edhe me drejtorin e Zyr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb e Serbis\u00eb, Petar Petkoviq, t\u00eb cilit duan t\u2019ia shpjegojn\u00eb \u201cse \u00e7far\u00eb po ndodh n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n Rakiq tha se ai dhe familja e tij varen nga ndihma sociale dhe shtesat p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, q\u00eb i marrin nga buxheti i Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n Nd\u00ebrkaq, Lidija Cvetkoviq nga V\u00ebrboci pohon se nuk ka t\u00eb ardhura financiare dhe se \u201cnuk d\u00ebshiroj ndihm\u00eb sociale, por pun\u00eb\u201d. Ajo po ashtu mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb protest\u00eb p\u00ebr ta informuar publikun p\u00ebr \u201ckeqp\u00ebrdorimet brenda Organit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm komunal t\u00eb Vitis\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n Lidija Cvetkoviq, 26-vje\u00e7are, ka p\u00ebrfunduar shkoll\u00ebn e mesme t\u00eb mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr vite \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb institucionet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore q\u00eb punojn\u00eb sipas sistemeve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, ajo tha se p\u00ebr t\u00eb nuk ka pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n Kryetari i Organit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm komunal, S\u00ebrxhan Nikolliq tha se p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjeje me shkrim d\u00ebrguar REL-it do t\u2019iu p\u00ebrgjigjet akuzave t\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb V\u00ebrbocit, por ai nuk ka d\u00ebrguar asnj\u00eb reagim deri n\u00eb publikimin e k\u00ebtij teksti.<\/p>\n Protestat si nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur pun\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n N\u00eb mesin e muajit mars, Lidija Cvetkoviq gjithashtu mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb protest\u00ebn q\u00eb u mbajt pran\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb Qendr\u00ebs Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore n\u00eb Pasjan t\u00eb Parteshit, nj\u00eb komun\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e banuar me shumic\u00eb serbe. Protestat n\u00eb Pasjan u mbajt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar \u201cpun\u00ebsimet familjare dhe partiake\u201d.<\/p>\n Megjithat\u00eb, disa dit\u00eb pas asaj proteste, organizatori i protest\u00ebs, Bojan Stojkoviq tha se ishte mbajtur nj\u00eb takim \u201cme p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e shtetit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ofruan nj\u00eb zgjidhje p\u00ebr problemin e tyre dhe prandaj ata nd\u00ebrpren\u00eb protestat.<\/p>\n Po ashtu n\u00eb muajin mars u organizuan protesta p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn arsye edhe pran\u00eb Qendr\u00ebs Klinike Spitalore n\u00eb Gra\u00e7anic\u00eb, por protestat u nd\u00ebrpren\u00eb pas disa dit\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n Qendra Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore n\u00eb Pasjan dhe Qendra Klinike Spitalore n\u00eb Gra\u00e7anic\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb sipas sistemit serb.<\/p>\n Cvetkoviq tregon se at\u00ebbot\u00eb atyre iu dhan\u00eb \u201cpremtime t\u00eb rreme\u201d dhe thekson se ende nuk kan\u00eb hequr dor\u00eb nga protestat.<\/p>\n \u201cAta na thirr\u00ebn, na than\u00eb se do ta zgjidhnin k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Thjesht mashtruan njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb t\u00eb mos dilnin n\u00eb protesta\u201d, shprehet Cvetkoviq.<\/p>\n \u201cUn\u00eb nuk mora asgj\u00eb, ata q\u00eb fituan, fituan. Njer\u00ebzit kan\u00eb frik\u00eb sepse mund t\u2019ua marrin ndihm\u00ebn sociale, kan\u00eb frik\u00eb se mund ta humbasin at\u00eb\u201d, tha Lidija Cvetkoviq.<\/p>\n Edhe Dejan Rakiq ka t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin mendim.<\/p>\n \u201cKa mbi 200 njer\u00ebz n\u00eb fshatin tim. Un\u00eb e di q\u00eb ata duhet t\u00eb dalin (p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar), por nuk guxojn\u00eb t\u00eb shprehin q\u00ebndrimet e tyre, mendimet e tyre.
