N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana, seanca e parapar\u00eb t\u00eb mbahej n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Apelit me 28 prill 2021 ishte shtyr\u00eb, derisa kryetari i k\u00ebsaj gjykate t\u00eb vendoste p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, e cila tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb refuzuar.<\/p>\n
Lidhur me ecurin\u00eb e procedur\u00ebs deri n\u00eb refuzimin e k\u00ebsaj k\u00ebrkese nga ana e kryetarit t\u00eb Apelit dhe k\u00ebrkesave tjera t\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb Todosijeviq, \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb informuar edhe nga Gjykata Supreme.<\/p>\n
Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsja e k\u00ebsaj gjykate, Antigona Uka ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se mbrojt\u00ebsi i t\u00eb pandehurit ka k\u00ebrkuar p\u00ebrjashtimin e gjyqtar\u00ebve t\u00eb kolegjit.<\/p>\n

Tutje, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje thuhet se p\u00ebr shkak se lidhur me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr p\u00ebrjashtimin e gjyqtar\u00ebve duhet t\u00eb vendos kryetari i Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Apelit, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i nacionalitet shqiptar, mbrojt\u00ebsi ka k\u00ebrkuar edhe p\u00ebrjashtimin e tij dhe t\u00eb kryetarit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme, i cili vendos lidhur me p\u00ebrjashtimin e kryetarit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Apelit.<\/p>\n
\u201cNdaj, p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e pranuar ne Gjykate Supreme lidhur me p\u00ebrjashtimin e Kryetarit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme, Kolegji i kryesuar nga n\u00ebnkryetarja e Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme, n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e kolegjit t\u00eb mbajtur m\u00eb 2 qershor 2021, me aktvendimin PN.II.nr.8\/2021 e ka hedhur k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb si te papranueshme\u201d, thuhet tutje n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje.<\/p>\n
Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsja Uka ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se pas k\u00ebtij vendimi, kryetari i Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme, Enver Peci, me aktvendimin GJA.nr.117\/2021, e ka hedhur si te papranueshme k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e mbrojt\u00ebsit t\u00eb pandehurit, avokatit Neboj\u0161a Vlaji\u0107, p\u00ebr p\u00ebrjashtimin e Kryetarit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Apelit.<\/p>\n
Seanca n\u00eb Gjykat\u00eb t\u00eb Apelit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast pritet t\u00eb mbahet me 24 qershor, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n
Ndryshe, Todosejviq ishte d\u00ebnuar nga shkalla e par\u00eb m\u00eb 5 dhjetor 2019, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cnxitja e urrejtjes, p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes ose mos durimit komb\u00ebtar, racor, fetar apo etnik\u201d.<\/p>\n
