1. P\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimi i infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb ujit. Implementimi i rekomandimeve t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore p\u00ebr riparimin, mir\u00ebmbajtjen dhe p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimin e kanalit t\u00eb Ib\u00ebr-Lepencit p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb rezervuarin e Mihaliqit, p\u00ebr tu rritur siguria e sistemit t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe sigurin\u00eb e ujit n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n

2. Zbatimi i sistemi i Kontrollit Mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs dhe Marrjes s\u00eb t\u00eb Dh\u00ebnave (SCADA) n\u00eb hidrocentralin Ujman p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur t\u00eb hyrat e termocentralit dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur m\u00eb tej balancimin e ngarkes\u00ebs. Duke p\u00ebrdorur sistemet SCADA, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoni infrastruktur\u00ebn e ujit dhe elektricitetit n\u00eb sistemin n\u00eb Ujman. P\u00ebr hidrocentralin Gazivod\u00eb\/Ujman, parashikimet p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr energji nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera do t\u00eb rrisnin t\u00eb hyrat, duke planifikuar operacionet e energjis\u00eb ujore kur \u00e7mimet jan\u00eb t\u00eb lartas. Marr\u00ebveshjet operuese jan\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat SCADA mund po ashtu t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr t\u00eb informuar planifikimin e modeleve t\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar t\u00eb t\u00eb identifikohen investimet e nevojshme n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb duhen p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar sh\u00ebrbime operacionale m\u00eb ekonomike, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb shtohet fleksibiliteti i nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb integruar energjin\u00eb s\u00eb rip\u00ebrt\u00ebrishme.<\/p>\n

3. Zbatimin e nj\u00eb komisioni lumor dhe vler\u00ebsimi i sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb lumenjve.\u00a0\u00a0Formimi nj\u00eb komision i Lumit Ib\u00ebr i cili do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse operimet akter\u00ebt rajonal\u00eb dhe koordinonte operimet e lumit. Sipas SHBA-s\u00eb, asnj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto marr\u00ebveshje evropiane nuk i mbulon sfidat rajonale t\u00eb lumit Ib\u00ebr. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ka propozuar nj\u00eb koordinim teknik si\u00e7 zhvillohet n\u00eb lumin Columbia, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Traktatit mes SHBA-s\u00eb dhe Kanadas\u00eb<\/p>\n

4. T\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet parashikueshm\u00ebria e furnizimit me uj\u00eb.
