Komisioni p\u00ebr Bujq\u00ebsi, Pylltari, Zhvillim Rural, Mjedis, Planifikim Hap\u00ebsinor dhe Infrastruktur\u00eb i Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ka rekomanduar Ministrin\u00eb e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Ambientit q\u00eb gur\u00ebthyesi n\u00eb Shal\u00eb t\u00eb Lipjanit t\u00eb ndaloj pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndotjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pas nj\u00eb peticioni drejtuar prej banor\u00ebve, Komisioni ka gjetur se lejimi i veprimtaris\u00eb n\u00eb terren t\u00eb k\u00ebtij gur\u00ebthyesi p\u00ebrb\u00ebn rrezikshm\u00ebri t\u00eb lart\u00eb, dhe situata mund t\u00eb eskaloj\u00eb pasi q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur dy incidente m\u00eb her\u00ebt. Po ashtu kmisioni ka konstatuar se qasja n\u00eb rrug\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pa shenj\u00ebzim adekuat, aksidentet mund t\u00eb ndodhin, si dhe gjat\u00eb vizit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb par\u00eb se sht\u00ebpit\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar dhe ato edhe m\u00eb tej mund t\u00eb \u00e7ahen gjat\u00eb minimeve. Komisioni konstaton se nevojitet nd\u00ebrhyrje e menj\u00ebhershme p\u00ebr ndalimin e veprimtaris\u00eb p\u00ebrderisa operatori nuk p\u00ebrmbush obligimet ligjore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00ebshtu, pas dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre rekomandimeve dhe mos posedimit t\u00eb lejes mjedisore, Ministria e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Ambientit ka nxjerr\u00eb aktvendimin me num\u00ebr 2042\/21 q\u00eb ua ka d\u00ebrguar komun\u00ebs dhe operator\u00ebve ilegal\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zbatimi i aktvendimit t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Ambientit do t\u00eb hidhte posht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb p\u00eblqim q\u00eb kryetari aktual i komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Lipjanit, Imri Ahmeti i kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebtyre gur\u00ebthyesve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po vazhdojn\u00eb funksionimin dhe po e c\u00ebnojn\u00eb ambientin n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Lipjanit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
