\nNuredin Ibishi, deputet nga LDK dhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb i Komisionit p\u00ebr Pun\u00eb t\u00eb Brendshme, Siguri dhe Mbik\u00ebqyrjen e Forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, thot\u00eb se tani p\u00ebr tani \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb bindet lista serbe p\u00ebr votimin e shnd\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb FSK-s\u00eb n\u00eb ushtri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, pasi q\u00eb ata marrin urdhra nga Serbia. \nAi thot\u00eb se me gjas\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u2019i ndryshohet emri FSK-s\u00eb, por t\u00eb ndryshohen vet\u00ebm disa ligje, FSK do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me kapacitete t\u00eb plota,\u00a0 por jo t\u00eb preket kushtetuta, meq\u00eb duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur q\u00eb t\u00eb bindet lista serbe.\u201cNe n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa edhe me k\u00ebta deputet\u00ebt e list\u00ebs Srbska, sidomos\u00a0 t\u00eb komisionit q\u00eb kemi, Komisionit p\u00ebr Siguri…N\u00eb substanc\u00eb mund t\u00eb ec FSK-ja edhe pa ndryshim t\u00eb emrit n\u00eb Forca t\u00eb Armatosura, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb pacaktuar, derisa lista \u201cSrbska\u201d\u00a0 t\u00eb ndryshon mendimin.
\nKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ideja e Qeveris\u00eb. Qeveria ka p\u00ebrgatitur projektligjin p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsim ndryshim dhe pritet koha. Pa ndryshua emrin vet\u00ebm t\u00eb b\u00ebhet plot\u00ebsim ndryshimi i ligjit p\u00ebr FSK-n\u00eb dhe puna t\u00eb ec\u00ebn. Mungon vet\u00ebm emri Forcat e Armatosura. Por p\u00ebr momentin \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundshme\u201d, thot\u00eb deputeti Ibishi.
\nNd\u00ebrsa deputeti i Vet\u00ebvendosjes, Rexhep Selimi, thot\u00eb se tani p\u00ebr tani \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh kjo, pasi q\u00eb nuk bindet Beogradi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb. Ai thot\u00eb se as zyrtar\u00ebt e lart\u00eb t\u00eb vendit nuk kan\u00eb vullnet n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr kan\u00eb probleme me list\u00ebn serbe.Nd\u00ebrsa duke i komentuar deklaratat e kryeministrit i cili e ka lidhur k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje me demarkacionin, Selimi thot\u00eb se Isa Mustafa ka tentuar ta \u2018kontrabandoi\u2019 demarkacionin n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebmbimit me interesa vitale t\u00eb vendit, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb ushtria, siguria dhe mbrojtja e k\u00ebtij vendi.
\n\u201cKryeministri ka tentuar ta kontrabandoi demarkacionin n\u00eb parlamentin e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebmbimit me interesa vitale t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb ushtria, siguria dhe mbrojtja e k\u00ebtij vendi. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kushti i par\u00eb q\u00eb ka vu ai p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs. Ky v\u00eb kushte p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs. Dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb FSK-ja kusht q\u00eb ka v\u00eb dikush tjet\u00ebr. Por \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00eb qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs, kryeministri po v\u00eb kusht qytetar\u00ebve realizimin e di\u00e7kaje,\u00a0 q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb ushtria me dh\u00ebnien e territorit. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e pa pranueshme. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7udi q\u00eb her\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb na vijn\u00eb me kushte tjera. Presioni nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ne ta kemi ushtrin\u00eb. Presioni i kryeministrit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ne ta kemi ushtrin\u00eb, por presioni i kryeministrit \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes ushtris\u00eb t\u2019i japim territor Malit t\u00eb Zi\u201d, thot\u00eb ai.

Nd\u00ebrsa thot\u00eb se duhet t\u00eb jesh i paditur p\u00ebr t\u2019i besuar deklaratave t\u00eb tilla.
\n\u201cNe n\u00eb fakt nuk jemi aq t\u00eb paditur q\u00eb t\u2019i besojm\u00eb deklaratave t\u00eb tipit se demarkacioni po e pengon edhe krijimin e ushtris\u00eb, Forcave t\u00eb Armatosura t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Sepse ne e dim\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb pengon krijimin e\u00a0 FAK. Por n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje e z. Mustafa p\u00ebr tu arsyetuar p\u00ebr d\u00ebshtimin q\u00eb ka pasur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt. Ne e dim\u00eb se sa her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb premtuar formimi i FAK deri tash dhe nuk ka ndodh. K\u00ebshtu besoj se do t\u00eb vazhdoj dhe m\u00eb tej dhe absolut nuk konsideroj se \u00ebsht\u00eb e sh\u00ebndetshme edhe p\u00ebr kryeministrin Mustafa dhe e logjikshme q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhje e till\u00eb, mos miratimi i marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr demarkacion me krijimin e FAK\u201d, tha Mushkolaj.
\nNd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb se raportohej q\u00eb gjat\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb koalicionit qeveris\u00ebs, Lista Serbe kishte kusht\u00ebzuar Mustaf\u00ebn e Tha\u00e7in se shnd\u00ebrrimin e FSK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Forca t\u00eb Armatosura nuk e votojn\u00eb pa u plot\u00ebsuar kat\u00ebr kushtet e tyre.Kushte ishin: – Em\u00ebrimi i z\u00ebvend\u00ebsdrejtorit t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb Kosovare t\u00eb Inteligjenc\u00ebs nga radh\u00ebt e pakic\u00ebs serbe,- Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskomandantit t\u00eb FSK-s\u00eb po nga radh\u00ebt e serb\u00ebve,- Nd\u00ebrprerja e privatizimeve n\u00eb komunat serbe, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu Brezovic\u00ebn dhe Trep\u00e7\u00ebn si dhe- Krijimi i Asociacionit t\u00eb Komunave t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pakice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
