K\u00ebshtu Posta dhe Telekomi n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb vendimi t\u00eb marr\u00eb me 5 maj t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vitit \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyruar t\u2019ia kompenzoj 20 mij\u00eb e 249 euro t\u00eb pag\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb 2 vje\u00e7are.<\/p>\n
\u201cDetyrohen t\u00eb paditurit, Posta e Kosov\u00ebs sh.a. Prishtin\u00eb dhe Telekomi i Kosov\u00ebs sh.a. Prishtin\u00eb q\u00eb padit\u00ebsi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb solidare t\u00eb kompensojm\u00eb ndryshimin e diferenc\u00ebs n\u00eb pag\u00eb p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn kohore prej dat\u00ebs 03.092021 deri m\u00eb 06.02.2012n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 13.321.39 euro, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb kamat\u00ebs 928.41 euro nd\u00ebrsa nga data 31.12.2021 e tutje kamat\u00ebn ligjore deri n\u00eb pages\u00eb definitive dhe n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb diferenc\u00ebs t\u00eb kontributeve t\u00eb paguaj n\u00eb trustin pensionale n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb padit\u00ebsit shum\u00eb prej 3.389.4 euro, dhe Tatimin Administrat\u00ebs Tatimore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb afat prej 7 dit\u00ebsh nga dita e pranimi t\u00eb aktgjykimit n\u00ebn k\u00ebrcenim t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbarimit m\u00eb dhun\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb aktgjykimin.<\/p>\n
Po ashtu Posta \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyruar q\u00eb t\u00eb kompensoje shpenzimet e gjykat\u00ebs t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb shum\u00ebn mbi 1 mij\u00eb e 500 euro.<\/p>\n
Tani sipas burimeve brenda Post\u00ebs, Jashari \u00ebsht\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb presion q\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb k\u00ebto para, edhe pse Posta \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb financiare.<\/p>\n
