Fakti se jan\u00eb edhe shum\u00eb prona t\u00eb paprivatizuara dhe shum\u00eb procese gjyq\u00ebsore q\u00eb lidhen me AKP-n\u00eb, ka krijuar paqart\u00ebsi rreth vazhdimit t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb shuarjes s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj agjencie.<\/p>\n N\u00eb procesin e privatizimit, jan\u00eb t\u00eb paprivatizuara edhe rreth 2,000 prona shtet\u00ebrore. Nd\u00ebrkaq, nga 3.951 asete t\u00eb identifikuara p\u00ebr privatizim, deri m\u00eb tani jan\u00eb privatizuar 2065 prej tyre. K\u00ebto asete n\u00eb 116 val\u00eb t\u00eb privatizimit jan\u00eb shitur n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej rreth 760 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n Gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb privatizimit, sipas Agjencis\u00eb Kosovare t\u00eb Privatizimit, rreth 25 mij\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb procese gjyq\u00ebsore, prej t\u00eb cilave 20 mij\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb trajtohen n\u00eb Dhom\u00ebn e Posa\u00e7me t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me konteste q\u00eb lidhen direkt me asetet e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve shoq\u00ebrore dhe pun\u00ebn e AKP-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n Gjithashtu, pran\u00eb gjykatave t\u00eb rregullta t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ekzistojn\u00eb 5 mij\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb iniciuar nga AKP-ja p\u00ebr interes t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve shoq\u00ebrore. N\u00eb k\u00ebto konteste, AKP-ja si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve shoq\u00ebrore, \u00ebsht\u00eb si pal\u00eb padit\u00ebse.<\/p>\n Limani: Nuk mund t\u00eb shuhet AKP-ja pa u privatizuar astetet<\/strong><\/p>\n Profesori i ekonomis\u00eb Musa Limani, thot\u00eb se m\u00ebnyra se si i \u00ebsht\u00eb qasur qeveria AKP-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e gabuar dhe nuk do t\u00eb jep ndonj\u00eb efekt pozitiv n\u00eb zhvillimin ekonomik.<\/p>\n Ai thot\u00eb se nuk mund t\u00eb shuhet AKP-ja, derisa nuk shiten t\u00eb gjitha astetet e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve shoq\u00ebrore dhe t\u00eb dihet pronari i sakt\u00eb i k\u00ebtyre nd\u00ebrmarrjeve.<\/p>\n \u201cPajtohem plot\u00ebsisht q\u00eb qeveria duhet t\u00eb marr n\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrje procesin e privatizimit dhe po ashtu edhe mjetet q\u00eb fitohen nga ky proces. Por, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje komplekse. Nuk duhet t\u00eb ngutet. Sa kam un\u00eb informacione, k\u00ebrkesat e kreditor\u00ebve jan\u00eb mbi 2 miliard\u00eb euro. Nuk jan\u00eb paguar ende 20 p\u00ebrqind\u00ebshi i pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve t\u00eb privatizuara, q\u00eb iu kan\u00eb takuar me ligj, po ashtu ka asete t\u00eb paprivatizuara\u201d, thot\u00eb Limani.<\/p>\n Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb ndal\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdorimet dhe abuzimet n\u00eb AKP, thot\u00eb Limani dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ta v\u00eb n\u00eb binar procesin e privatizimit.<\/p>\n P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto procese gjyq\u00ebsore dhe astetet e paprivatziuara, duhet t\u00eb gjendet nj\u00eb form\u00eb se si do t\u00eb trajtohen, thot\u00eb p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb, drejtori ekzekutiv i Od\u00ebs Ekonomike Amerikane n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Arian Zeka.<\/p>\n \u201cNe mendojm\u00eb se duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb debat gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb vendim q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb merret nga Qeveria apo Kuvendi. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb debat duhet t\u00eb diskutohen temat p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e trajtimit t\u00eb pretendimeve kreditore. T\u00eb dihet se pas mbylljes s\u00eb nj\u00eb agjencie t\u00eb till\u00eb, kush do t\u2019i merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr kryerjen e funksioneve q\u00eb aktualisht kryen AKP-ja. Cilat do t\u00eb ishin kompetencat e k\u00ebsaj trupe t\u00eb re, cilat do t\u00eb ishin strukturat e saj, kujt do t\u2019i jepte llogari nj\u00eb trup i ri, i cili do ta trash\u00ebgonte AKP-n\u00eb\u201d, thot\u00eb Zeka.<\/p>\n Shuarja e AKP-s\u00eb, e cila sipas Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb shuhet n\u00eb vitin e ardhsh\u00ebm, sipas Zek\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje shum\u00eb komplekse. Ai thot\u00eb se nuk duhet t\u00eb trajtohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb dhe me vendime t\u00eb shpejta, pasi q\u00eb mund t\u00eb vendosin barr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb shtetin e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n \u201cDuhet t\u00eb rritet dinamizmi i transformimit t\u00eb aseteve shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi private, meqen\u00ebse kjo st\u00ebrzgjatje e k\u00ebtij procesi, \u00ebsht\u00eb i kushtuesh\u00ebm edhe n\u00eb aspektin financiar. Pasi q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi shtet\u00ebrore, \u00ebsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi q\u00eb ky proces t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt, ashtu q\u00eb k\u00ebto asete shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb vihen n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb zhvillimit ekonomik\u201d, thot\u00eb Zeka.<\/p>\n Opozita kund\u00ebr shuarjes s\u00eb AKP-s\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ku ishte shkarkuar bordi i AKP-s\u00eb, partit\u00eb opozitare kishin kund\u00ebrshtuar m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u zhvilluar procesi i shuarjes s\u00eb AKP-s\u00eb nga Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n Shefi i Grupit Parlamentar t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Abelrad Tahiri, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se n\u00ebse do t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb serioze p\u00ebr shuarjen e AKP-s\u00eb, do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb procedohej ligji.<\/p>\n Ai thot\u00eb se ky proces si po b\u00ebhet nga Qeveria, do t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb probleme ligjore dhe do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb d\u00ebme financiare.<\/p>\n \u201cNuk mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrrohet mandati i bordit aktual, kushdo qofshin ata q\u00eb propozohen, pasi q\u00eb mandati i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrcaktuar me ligj. Pra, mandatin e tyre nuk mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrroj\u00eb kryeministri me emaila\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Tahiri.<\/p>\n Edhe shefi i Grupit parlamentar t\u00eb Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Arben Gashi tha se p\u00ebr ta shuar AKP-n\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb ndryshohen t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn dy ligje, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Ligji p\u00ebr AKP-n\u00eb dhe Ligji p\u00ebr dhom\u00ebn e posa\u00e7me t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Apelit.<\/p>\n \u201cP\u00ebr t\u2019i nd\u00ebrruar k\u00ebto dy ligje duhet t\u00eb dini di\u00e7ka. \u00c7ka do t\u00eb ndodh me k\u00ebto 20 mij\u00eb raste.
