PZAP-ja ka d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb rinum\u00ebrim t\u00eb gjitha votat me kusht dhe ato me post\u00eb t\u00eb AAK-s\u00eb, pasi Gjergjaj pretendon se gjat\u00eb num\u00ebrimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre votave ka ndodhur parregullsi, q\u00eb i kan\u00eb kushtuar asaj me humbjen e postit t\u00eb deputetes.<\/p>\n \u201cUn\u00eb dhe shtabi im n\u00eb vazhdimesi kemi qen\u00eb duke e p\u00ebrcjellur rezultatin q\u00eb nga publikimi i formular\u00ebve nga KQZ-ja. Pjes\u00eb e shtabit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb proceseve zgjedhore dhe ekspert\u00eb juridik\u00eb. Kemi v\u00ebrejtur ndryshime n\u00eb rezultate t\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebs nga kandidatet, e cila nuk ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebri me numrin e votave t\u00eb fituara nga subjekti\u201d, thot\u00eb Gjergjaj p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n \u201cParimisht iu besoj institucioneve dhe cilido q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb vendimi p\u00ebrfundimtar nga institucionet, do ta respektoj\u201d, shton ajo.<\/p>\n \u00c7far\u00eb po kontestohet?<\/strong><\/p>\n N\u00eb apelin e saj, Florentina Gjergjaj ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se deri para num\u00ebrimit t\u00eb votave me kusht dhe atyre me post\u00eb, ajo dhe kandidatja tjet\u00ebr nga AAK-ja, Albana Bytyqi, kishin m\u00eb shum\u00eb vota sesa kandidatja Meliza Haradinaj-Stublla, e cila nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh \u00ebsht\u00eb ministre n\u00eb detyr\u00eb e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme dhe Diaspor\u00ebs.<\/p>\n \u201cKandidates Meliza Haradinaj-Stublla, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb artificiale i \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur numri i votave nga personat q\u00eb kan\u00eb futur t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat n\u00eb sistem apo nga personat kompetent\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb num\u00ebrimin dhe rinum\u00ebrimin e votave\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb apelin e kandidates Gjergjaj.<\/p>\n AAK-ja n\u00eb total ka marr rreth 3 mij\u00eb vota me kusht dhe me post\u00eb, nga t\u00eb cilat sipas Gjergjajt, 709 vota kan\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Meliza Haradinaj-Stublla.<\/p>\n \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb e pabesueshme q\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebri nga kandidat\u00ebt n\u00eb list\u00ebn e AAK-s\u00eb, t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb pozicion t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm gjat\u00eb num\u00ebrimit t\u00eb votave me kusht dhe atyre me post\u00eb\u201d, shtohet n\u00eb apel.<\/p>\n N\u00eb vendim, PZAP-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb thirrur edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb video t\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb portal vendor, ku shihen tre persona, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt dyshohet se diskutojn\u00eb lidhur me falsifikimin e votave p\u00ebr kandidaten e AAK-s\u00eb n\u00eb QNR.<\/p>\n Haradinaj-Stublla i ka hedhur posht\u00eb si ta pabaza k\u00ebto akuza. N\u00eb nj\u00eb reagim n\u00eb Facebook, ajo ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se i g\u00ebzohet vendimit t\u00eb PZAP-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n \u201cKy rinum\u00ebrim \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hap p\u00ebrpara zbardhjes s\u00eb incizimit t\u00eb inskenuar q\u00eb pretendon p\u00ebrfshirjen e bashk\u00ebshortit tim n\u00eb vjedhjen e votave! P\u00ebrs\u00ebris, me bindje t\u00eb plot\u00eb q\u00eb as un\u00eb, as bashk\u00ebshorti, e asnj\u00eb familjar e bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor i imi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb nga pretendimet publike q\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb e po vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen nga pseudo-portale t\u00eb caktuara sipas porosive t\u00eb caktuara, dhe t\u2019i jepet fund shpifjeve, fyerjeve, dhe shantazheve n\u00eb adres\u00eb timen dhe t\u00eb familjes sime\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n Sa \u00ebsht\u00eb i mundsh\u00ebm manipulimi n\u00eb QNR?<\/strong><\/p>\n Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb pas shpalljes s\u00eb rezultatit p\u00ebrfundimtar, urdh\u00ebrohet rinum\u00ebrimi i votave p\u00ebr kandidat\u00eb p\u00ebr deputet\u00eb.<\/p>\n N\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn e Num\u00ebrimit dhe Rezultateve, komisioner\u00ebt q\u00eb merren me procesin e num\u00ebrimit jan\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar nga KQZ-ja, por v\u00ebzhguesit e subjekteve politike dhe organizatave joqeveritare lejohen q\u00eb t\u00eb monitorojn\u00eb procesin.<\/p>\n Zyrtar\u00ebt e KQZ-s\u00eb nuk komentojn\u00eb se a ka l\u00ebshime q\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb manipulim t\u00eb rezultatit, por thon\u00eb se ky institucion e ka ftuar prokurorin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb pretendimet e ngritura.<\/p>\n \u201cPas publikimit n\u00eb media t\u00eb lajmit, KQZ-ja ka reaguar menj\u00ebher\u00eb, duke kontaktuar me Prokurorin\u00eb e Shtetit. Si KQZ, kemi ofruar t\u00eb gjitha informacionet dhe materialet e nevojshme p\u00ebr hetimin dhe zbardhjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb rastit\u201d, tha p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb, z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i KQZ-s\u00eb, Valmir Elezi.<\/p>\n Rrjeti i organizatave q\u00eb merret me monitorimin e zgjedhjeve, Demokracia n\u00eb Veprim (DnV) e konsideron t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm angazhimin e hetuesis\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e rinum\u00ebrimit dhe fton edhe kandidat\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb dyshime, q\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb me prokurorin\u00eb.<\/p>\n \u201cDuhet pritur rinum\u00ebrimin e k\u00ebtyre shtat\u00eb vendvotimeve, t\u00eb cilat KQZ-ja, me rekomandim t\u00eb QNR-s\u00eb i ka d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb rinum\u00ebrim si dhe procesi i rinum\u00ebrimit t\u00eb votave me kusht dhe post\u00eb, t\u00eb subjektit AAK. N\u00ebse pas rinum\u00ebrimit del se ka pasur skema masive t\u00eb manipulimit, meq\u00ebnese po flasim p\u00ebr qindra vota diferenc\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shikohet se a duhet t\u00eb shkohet n\u00eb rinum\u00ebrim t\u00eb t\u00ebrsish\u00ebm. N\u00ebse dikush mundet q\u00eb p\u00ebmes dy-tre personave t\u00eb manipuloj\u00eb qindra vota, at\u00ebher\u00eb kjo skem\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndodhur edhe n\u00eb vendvotime t\u00eb tjera\u201d, tha p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb, Eugen Cakolli nga DnV-ja.<\/p>\n Sidoqoft\u00eb, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb skeptik q\u00eb nj\u00eb skem\u00eb e till\u00eb mashtrimi mund t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb aq leht\u00eb.<\/p>\n \u201cDuke e njohur m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e plot\u00ebsimit t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb QNR, un\u00eb dyshoj se ka mundur t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb nj\u00eb skem\u00eb e p\u00ebrmasave t\u00eb tilla, kur po flasim p\u00ebr qindra vota.
