Sipas k\u00ebtij burimi, kryeministri Hoti i kishte k\u00ebrkuar vazhdimisht Gashit q\u00eb ta k\u00ebrkonte vet\u00eb lirimin nga detyra ose t\u00eb ofronte dor\u00ebheqje.<\/p>\n \u201cAsnjeher\u00eb nuk e ka pranuar shantazhin e Hotit i cili i ka k\u00ebrkuar shefit t\u00eb AKI\u2019s\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb lirimin nga detyra ose t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb dor\u00ebheqje\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ky burim.<\/p>\n Pasi ai s\u2019kishte pranuar t\u2019i bindej k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb kryeministrit, sipas t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit burim, Hoti dhe Osmani kishin vendosur ta largonin Gashin nga detyra pa dh\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb arsyetim.<\/p>\n Kreu i deritash\u00ebm i Inteligjenc\u00ebs u shkarkua n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb dyshimta. Si\u00e7 thot\u00eb burimi i Gazet\u00ebs Express, shkarkimi i tij u b\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb dhe vendimi p\u00ebr shkarkim i ishte d\u00ebrguar Gashit vet\u00ebm pas shpalljes s\u00eb aktgjykimit nga Gjykata Kushtetuese, e cila e rr\u00ebzoi Qeverin\u00eb duke e konsideruar si t\u00eb zgjedhur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kund\u00ebrkushtetuese.<\/p>\n \u201cJan\u00eb dy elemente qe ia vlen t\u00eb trajtohen n\u00eb lidhje me vendimin. S\u00eb pari, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar tek pas vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, vula e d\u00ebrgimit te ZKM ka dat\u00ebn 22 dhjetor, si dhe n\u00ebnshkrimi i vendimit m\u00eb dat\u00ebn 17, kur Vjosa Osmani ka qen\u00eb fizikisht n\u00eb vizit\u00eb zyrtare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nd\u00ebrsa l\u00ebshimi i pozit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb pranuar vendimi i shkruar\u201d, thot\u00eb ky burim.<\/p>\n Ushtruesja e detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb presidentit, Vjosa Osmani, n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb dhjetorit e kishte denoncuar AKI\u2019n\u00eb n\u00eb Prokurori, p\u00ebr, si\u00e7 thuhej, nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb dokumente \u201csekret\u201d dhe \u201ctop sekret\u201d n\u00eb kasafort\u00ebn e Presidenc\u00ebs. Por burimi i Gazet\u00ebs Express thot\u00eb se ky arsyetim ka qen\u00eb i q\u00ebllimsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n \u201cArsyetimet p\u00ebr kinse rastin kasaforta kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebllimshme. N\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla mbrojtja e informacionit nga organizata t\u00eb huaja \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim ligjor\u201d, thot\u00eb ky burim.<\/p>\n Ai shton se zyrtari i AKI-s\u00eb q\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb n\u00eb Presidenc\u00eb, \u201cska pasur qasje asnj\u00eb sekond n\u00eb ato dokumente at\u00eb dit\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cSi \u00ebsht\u00eb sqaruar situata, zyrtari \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer ne zyr\u00eb. Se gjith\u00e7ka ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb rregull e ka konfirmuar Prokuroria Speciale e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, thot\u00eb ky burim.<\/p>\n Zyra e Kryeministrit e ka konfirmuar se shefi i AKI-s\u00eb tashm\u00eb e ka pranuar vendimin dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar.<\/p>\n \u201cKa pranuar vendimin p\u00ebr lirim nga detyra\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mart\u00ebn, shefja e stafit t\u00eb kryeministrit, Ardita Dushi.<\/p>\n Megjithat\u00eb, procedura sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsore e shkarkimit t\u00eb drejtorit t\u00eb AKI\u2019s\u00eb u b\u00eb ashtu si\u00e7 parasheh ligji, p\u00ebrmes koordinimit nd\u00ebrmjet presidentit dhe kryeministrit.<\/p>\n Kryeministri Avdullah Hoti dhe ushtruesja e detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb presidentit, Vjosa Osmani, pas mosmarr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb vazhdueshme kishin arritur t\u00eb merreshin vesh p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e shkarkimit t\u00eb Gashit.<\/p>\n Presidenca dhe Kreyministri ende nuk kan\u00eb treguar publikisht arsyet e shkarkimit t\u00eb Kreshnik Gashit nga pozita e shefit t\u00eb AKI\u2019s\u00eb.<\/p>\n Gazeta Express ka raportuar se arsyeja e shkarkimit t\u00eb Gashit mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb tentimi i hapjes s\u00eb kasafort\u00ebs me dokumente konfidenciale n\u00eb Presidenc\u00eb, nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pasi kryeparlamentarja Osmani mori detyr\u00ebn e presidentes, pas dor\u00ebheqjes s\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7it.<\/p>\n Kreshnik Gashi ishte em\u00ebruar n\u00eb krye t\u00eb organit m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb siguris\u00eb n\u00eb vend n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 2019.
