Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe pas d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb disa tentativave p\u00ebr zgjidhje t\u00eb kontestit me marr\u00ebveshje, k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr arbitrazh \u00ebsht\u00eb parashtruar n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Arbitrazhit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar nga investitori Contour Global. Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Ministria e Ekonomis\u00eb dhe Ambientit, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Avokatur\u00ebn e Shtetit ka marr\u00eb masa q\u00eb ky proces t\u00eb ndiqet dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja t\u00eb mbrohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb mundshme\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e MEA-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb mars t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, kompania amerikane Contour Global, e cila ishte p\u00ebrzgjedhur nga qeveria p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e k\u00ebtij termocentrali me kapacitet 500 megavat, pati njoftuar se do t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet nga planet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e termocentralit, p\u00ebr arsye se kompania nuk e ka nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb projekte me th\u00ebngjill n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n
Kontrata mes Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Contour Global, ishte n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb vitin 2017, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt kishin filluar qysh n\u00eb vitin 2001.<\/p>\n
Termocentrali \u201cKosova e Re\u201d ishte parapar\u00eb t\u00eb filloj\u00eb s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuari k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb pun\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2023 dhe nd\u00ebrtimi i tij do t\u00eb kushtonte 1.3 miliard euro.<\/p>\n
