\nRaporti gjasht\u00ebmujor, janar-qershor 2016, p\u00ebr ekzekutimin e buxhetit, ka marr miratimin e Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Gjasht\u00ebmujori i par\u00eb i vitit 2016 \u00ebsht\u00eb karakterizuar me nj\u00eb rit\u00ebm t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb aktivitetit ekonomik, krahasuar me periudh\u00ebn e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2015, ku rol te ve\u00e7ant\u00eb kan\u00eb luajtur masat e nd\u00ebrmarra n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb reformave t\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebrit biznes, rritja e besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb investitor\u00ebve, si dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm dhe gradual i ambientit t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm ekonomik n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.
\nKryeministri Mustafa tha se fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ecuri mjaft t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb hyrave buxhetore por edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb efikasitet m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb ministrive dhe agjencive n\u00eb shpenzimin e mjeteve buxhetore, ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn e shpenzimeve kapitale.
\n\u201cAjo q\u00eb ne jemi marr\u00eb vesh edhe me kryetarin e Kuvendit, kemi biseduar edhe me Presidentin, me z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrin Shala dhe me ministrin e Financave, q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb punojm\u00eb tani dhe t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjidhje lidhur me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen q\u00eb e kemi t\u00eb hapur me Fondin Monetar Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar sa i p\u00ebrket kategoris\u00eb s\u00eb veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb me mir\u00ebkuptim me ta dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me ta, t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb zgjidhjen e cila nuk do t\u00eb rrezikonte q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb buxhetore dhe nuk do t\u00eb na sfidonte n\u00eb programin e FMN-s\u00eb.\\”
\n\\”Dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja e dyt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se ne do t\u2019i rikthehemi edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb zotimit ton\u00eb q\u00eb e kemi pas vitin e kaluar, p\u00ebr kursime m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb shpenzimeve n\u00ebp\u00ebr ministri dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr agjenci, dhe sidomos p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim dhe shfryt\u00ebzim racional, etik dhe ligjor t\u00eb automjeteve, t\u00eb cilat ne po i shohim edhe tani n\u00ebp\u00ebr portale, q\u00eb mir\u00eb po b\u00ebjn\u00eb q\u00eb po i japin, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb e pakuptimt\u00eb q\u00eb mjetet publike t\u00eb shpenzohen p\u00ebr nevoja private n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs ose n\u00eb pushimore t\u00eb ndryshme, dhe gj\u00ebra t\u00eb tilla mendoj se duhet t\u00eb luftohen shum\u00eb ashp\u00ebr dhe duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerren masa dhe duhet t\u00eb japin shembuj t\u00eb masave t\u00eb tilla.\\”
\n\\”Un\u00eb tash po e lidhi k\u00ebt\u00eb me buxhetin sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me shpenzimin e paras\u00eb publike, jo q\u00eb kjo e zhvler\u00ebson k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb arrit n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb t\u00eb hyrave dhe t\u00eb dalave buxhetore, por edhe nj\u00eb cent n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se e shpenzon dikush n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb joracionale dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jo etike, ne duhet ta luftojm\u00eb at\u00eb dhe t\u00eb marrim masa konkrete, sepse ato tabela q\u00eb po i shohim n\u00eb media jan\u00eb t\u00eb institucioneve tona, t\u00eb ministrive, t\u00eb zyrave dhe t\u00eb agjencive qeveritare\u201d, tha kryeministri Mustafa.
\nMe vendimin e miratuar nga kabineti qeveritar n\u00eb mbledhjen e sotme \u00ebsht\u00eb em\u00ebruar paneli i posa\u00e7\u00ebm p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe rekomandimin e nj\u00eb hetuesi t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr hetimin e aksidenteve dhe incidenteve hekurudhore.
\nN\u00eb mbledhjen e sotme \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar edhe vendimi p\u00ebr shqyrtimin e m\u00ebtejm\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr shpron\u00ebsim p\u00ebr interes publik t\u00eb pronave shoq\u00ebrore, t\u00eb evidentuara n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs SH.A.M, n\u00eb Lak\u00ebrishte, Zona Kadastrale e Prishtin\u00ebs, p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e akomodimit t\u00eb Institucionit t\u00eb Fondit t\u00eb Kursimeve Pensionale t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (TRUST).
