N\u00eb muajin korrik\/2015, pas rishikimit t\u00eb buxhetit t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebta zyrtar\u00eb kan\u00eb pranuar pag\u00ebn me rritje p\u00ebr gjysm\u00eb koeficienti, konform kontrat\u00ebs\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebn e ATK-s\u00eb, dh\u00ebn\u00eb Gazet\u00ebs Fjala.
\nDerisa tani pohojn\u00eb se nuk ka m\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb ATK, sipas tyre kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u00ebsht\u00eb rregulluar e gjith\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt i marrin pagat si\u00e7 u shkruan n\u00eb kontrata.

\n\u201cSipas Aktgjykimit t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 11 shkurt 2015 nga Gjykata e Apelit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, ATK-ja detyrohet t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb gjitha obligimet ndaj padit\u00ebsit (pun\u00ebtor i ATK-s\u00eb), t\u00eb parapara me kontrat\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebs t\u00eb lidhur me 21.02.2004 dhe at\u00eb nga nd\u00ebrprerja e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb padit\u00ebsit t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 30.08.2006 deri n\u00eb skadimin e kontrat\u00ebs me 31.12.2006. Obligimi duhej t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushej n\u00eb afat prej 7 dit\u00ebsh nga dita e plot\u00eb fu\u00e7ish m\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebtij aktgjykimi. ATK, nuk e ka p\u00ebrmbushur detyrimin ligjor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vullnetshme\u201d, thuhet m\u00eb tej n\u00eb raport.
\nPagat nuk jan\u00eb problemi i vet\u00ebm n\u00eb ATK
\nE problemet me paga nuk duket t\u00eb jen\u00eb dallaveret e vetme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion, kjo pasi auditori ka gjetur edhe nj\u00eb varg shkeljesh t\u00eb tjera.
\nN\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej gjetjeve thuhet se borxhet e Administrat\u00ebs Tatimore, vet\u00ebm se po rriten nga viti n\u00eb vit. Vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr vitin 2015, borxhet jan\u00eb rritur p\u00ebr 185 milion\u00eb, e 373 mij\u00eb e 391 euro.
